Ladies Adios and their affiliate event, A Jam Called Tribe, seek to include equity among themselves, their guest artists, and community members who attend their events. This action plan is the result of current events, community, and global socio economic demands. We will endeavor to work continuously to eliminate structural barriers to access opportunities and embed equity in all that we do. Staff and talent within Ladies Adios are involved in the thinking represented in this plan. This plan will evolve and develop over the next 15 months as we work toward accomplishing our goals together. Our commitment to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion will remain loyal throughout.
